Age is not important in the world of ballet.

In a ballet company there are some ballet dancers that are eighteen years old or, normally, twenty or thirty years old. They cannot be very old because then the energy and the abilites of an old ballet dancer isn't the same as a young one.
Although there are some ballet schools that you can see old people dancing because teachers in this schools purpose some courses for this type of people.
So if you enjoy the art of dancing and you think it's a way to have some fun ina a specific period of time, let's dance! You can also bring with you some friends and it will be really interesting: the moment is a bit difficult because of all the thecnics and the exercicies, however you can purpose to your friends to have a snack after this intensive class. You can go shopping, too. It's a fantastic plan and a situation which can help your healthy, too.
So, as I've said before... LE'TS DANCE!
